Pressing the home button should update the feed

I am aware that the app is still early in development, and some things are probably already on your radar anyway. To make sure nothing gets missed, I'll open a series of issues with things I've noticed.

If I'm on the home tab, pressing the appropriate button again should refresh the feed and scroll up so I can read the latest posts without having to manually scroll all the way to the top.
