Have added ability to insert geocom response timing to the debug file

I have added 4 code lines to geo/init.py (on my local computer only) to insert elapsed time for geocom request and response into the debug file. Thought i would share here. Thanks for all your work on this, I am gradually getting my head around it, quite a step up for me and I am learning lots. I have been using claude code to help me develop my own application. I have also been doing a lot of testing on capturing images with the telescope camera, on file transfer by RS232 at high baud rates and also by WLAN (faster). I will have to do a bit of a write up with what I have learnt.
