✨ Support moving focus and manipulating elements in the Loop settings with the keyboard

Feature Request Description

(This is a bottom-of-my-wishlist kind of feature request, since the macOS settings don't support this, either.)

I am used to using tab to shift focus to the next element, space to toggle a switch, etc.

I was experimenting with some Loop settings and I wanted to alttab to another window, test the setting, then alttab back to Loop and press space to toggle the setting.
