✨ Window snapping compatibility with drag-to-top to enter Mission Control

Feature Request Description

I use Loop's window snapping, however it is not compatible with these macOS features (System Settings > Desktop & Dock):

• Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen
• Drag windows to top of screen to enter Mission Control

I particularly miss the 2nd one, because it's the best way I've found to move windows between spaces (at least until #223).

In Rectangle, it's possible to disable the top snap area to maintain compatibility with these features. This would be a good stopgap compatibility fix.

The ultimate goal would be to have Loop be compatible with "Drag windows to top of screen to enter Mission Control", so dragging windows to the menu bar would still trigger Loop's preview animation.

I thought I opened a feature request for this a while ago, but I couldn't find it. I think this is the last item needed to match all the Rectangle functionality I used!

I don't think the new setting is working 100% correctly. What I did:

1. Update Loop to Version 🧪 1.4.0 (1550)
2. Disable the new setting (Behavior > Suppress Mission Control)
3. Enable System Settings > Desktop & Dock > Drag windows to top of screen to enter Mission Control

Initially, the top snap area seemed to work together with the Mission Control gesture! If I drag the window to the menu bar, Loop triggers and maximizes the window. If I drag upward more forcefully, Mission Control opens.

(From reading the PR, it seemed like the top snap area was supposed to be completely disabled, which is why this was a pleasant surprise.)

However, when entering Mission Control, sometimes Loop's window snapping preview appears on top of Mission Control. I think this might be because Loop's window snapping can activate inside Mission control.

Thanks for reporting that, I'll take another look and create a PR for a fix

@cipher-shad0w it may make sense to close Loop's snapping UI if the user's mouse enters the topmost region, where Loop would otherwise move the user's cursor to prevent Mission Control from opening.

The bug should still be there, @cipher-shad0w you are free to open a PR to resolve this :)
Also, I will be re-opening this isssue to reflect the current state as well.
