Hi! Thank you so much for creating this tool; I love it and seeing how it evolves is truly amazing!

I’m having a small issue with the Crop Box: I’ve downloaded version 0.4.1, but I still can't figure out where the tool is located. I saw there was a recent fix regarding this (#817), but I can't find any button or setting in the UI to manage this feature.

I’m working with a splat that has many distant "outlier" points, which is preventing the model from forming correctly. Do you have any advice on where to find the crop tool or how to handle these distant points in the new interface?

Awesome piece of software.
Creates Gaussians pretty fast!

I have a technical issue and hope somebody here can help.
I'm trying to use the .ply cloud created by Lichtfield as a Pointcloud in CAD/BIM (Revit).

So far this works with .ply created from the Brush app. I just convert it in to a .e57 file (which also keeps the colour data) then import this in Autodesk Recap to create the file.
For some reason when I try this with Lichtfeld Studio created .ply, it gets stuck trying to import the .e57 file converted from this LichtFeld Studio created .ply file.

Are there differences between the .ply files created with the Brush and Lichtfeld Studio apps?

Hi @eztutorialvidz, as far as I know, there should not really be any big differences between the two software and their PLY files. I'm also not familiar with the.e57 file format, so it is possible that the way we package our PLY files may be slightly different enough that it causes this issue. It is quite hard to debug this without PLY files for comparison.

For now, I reccomend to join the discord (found on the repo page), as there are more people who can give you feedback on this. Let me know if I can help (:

Yep, there should be virtually no difference. There were also no changes lately. All software I used was able to parse it properly.

One idea: Maybe you are using mcmc for training which can generate far off Gaussians. Try to trim the scene. Maybe that helps. Otherwise I am unsure what could cause the issue.
