Minor spacing jumping problem

This is really minor, but still annoying.  When the `<ul>` element doesn't have any text after it (in the [example I made](https://github.com/nateGeorge/morphist_bug_demo)) there is a tiny jump up and down on fade in/fade out.  It goes away when there's text after the `<ul>`.
