Ascent guidance auto stage payload fairings ignoring prerequisites

Description

MechJeb Ascent Guidance stage (interstage) payload fairing directly ignoring prerequisites like min altitude.
The stable version of MechJeb 2.14.3.0 works as intended and don't stage fairing instantly but wait until ~120000m, just before space.
This affects Classic and PVG

Replication Case

This was done in RP1 with a basic rocket and a payload fairing and no decouplers. Tested both a stock fairing and a procedural fairing and both acts the same.

Not sure where to upload the log since its 1300000 lines long just starting the game. Gist and Pastbin only allow up to 20k lines.
Could split it into 10 uploads if you feel the log will help?

probably root part issue, or the fairing is a proc fairing and somehow incorrectly set to interstage

• The nose cone is the avionics and also the root part.
• I tested both procedural fairings and the stock fairing (stock fairing in picture above), both acts the same.
• Tested both as interstage like picture above and as a nose cone fairing.

If I just swap to the stable version of MechJeb on CKAN the fairing doesn't get staged until 120km during ascent.

I tested on a rocket where the fairing is located in a later stage that gets active later during ascent but still below 120km and then MechJeb Dev version wait until the right altitude.

Not sure if the problem occur because the fairing is situated in a active stage below 50km?

I have this same issue. If I put autostage on, the fairings get staged pretty well immediately on the launch pad if they are the next stage, despite the fairings staging prerequisite. I can confirm it happens with both stock and procedural fairings. It also occurs when using "autostage once"
