V2.15.1 - Rendezvous Autopilot no longer adjusts orbit to fit phasing orbits #2023

Description
In previous version of MJ (2.14.3) when using the rendezvous planner it would adjust the orbit etc to fit within the phases entered. New version it will just make a maneuver straight to intercept target
Replication Case
Just try and use it with a 80-100k orbit of kerbin (reverted to MJ v2.14.3 and verified old version does work as expected)
