Autoascent with negative inclination circularizes the wrong way

Description

Performing an autoascent requesting a negative inclination request results in a mistaken circularization burn with high deltaV cost.
It seems to try to make a +20 degree final orbit when one requested a -20 degree orbit for instance.

Replication Case

Tested with a clean install using only MJ2 and community fixes.
I had a simple test rocket using these ascent settings:

Ascent had no issues, but during coasting, the circularization burn offered by Mechjeb was this:

One could suspect a sign error or an 'abs()' missing somewhere. The march version of MJ2 did not have this issue. Positive inclination launches have no issues.

Proposed a change to fix this bug in PR #2054. Since I'm on macOS, I had some trouble building the repo and was unable to run the tests. However, the bug seems straightforward and should be fixed.
