Description
In autoascent using autostage, mechjeb ignores the condition for 'Stage fairings when' and just stages.
This bug seems like a replication of https://github.com/MuMech/MechJeb2/issues/1995 but there is a behavioral change between MJ2 version 2.15.1.0 and 2.14.3.0:
In 2.15.1.0 mechjeb immediately stages, while in 2.14.3.0 (with same settings) mechjeb would 'pause' autostaging allowing/forcing us to stage the fairing manually. So something changed between the two.
Replication Case
Performed in a clean install with only Mechjeb2 and community fixes, a simple vehicle simulating a suborbital stage and a circularization stage and a fairing in between the two. Upon launch, even these forgiving settings immediately stage the fairing rather than wait for 50km altitude.
