[Low priority] Relook at cell biocatalyst defs (both textual and logical)

I am not sure we can use catalyst definition as it is for a cell biocatalyst. We should specify that the strain is engineered to increase the rate of a reaction and this is not always true: e.g. if the strain chassis by its nature doesn't have the genes at all you do not increase the rate, you make it happen where the reaction would not take place at all...

It should be okay, but we should consider that the cell has the functional capability genetically engineered or not. We can discuss it in a meeting

Remove logical axiom, add a comment saying that cell biocatalyst could also refer to cells that are engineered to have new functionality to carry out the reaction

potentially could keep logical axiom as it strains will be optimized at the same time to actually catalyze reactions
