Half-Installed Translation Packages #122
Description
Was reported that a translation package was half installed with only a few DLLs in the folder. Could not load file or assembly 'Mutagen.Bethesda.Kernel, Version=0.51.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified. Nuking allowed it to regenerate.
Can we detect when this happens and clean things out for the user automatically?
