Retargeting works halfway

Hello, 

I use your add-on and it works well, however I tried on a very complex model that has many IK controllers, when I did the retargeting, it worked halfway, only the arms and legs were not retargeted, I was wondering if you knew, if using a complex model limits the add-on or is it something else?
