generate XML Schemas with named complex types instead of element refs

This feature would allow the use of identical element names on different locations in the MyCoRe Object XML.

The problem occurred with an element named <order> which is part of the enriched derivate XML in the <structure> part and was used by a customer as data field in <metadata> section.
