Render notarization data for a transaction

We should render a special symbol/color when transactions are notarized and here should be a way to see how many confirmations an xtn has.

We can use bool notarized = confs >=2 to decide if an xtn is notarized, i.e. we assume dpowconfs is being used, which should be the case 99.99% of the time
