This tag does not build on Debian Jessie (haven't tested on Stretch, issues with my VM/VPS provider and my new Stretch box), but DOES build on Ubuntu 16 and 18 LTS....HOWEVER, the builds on 16.x Xenial, which they function, have the nasty mingw pthreads library bug, STILL, that pegs 100% of a core's worth of CPU, even on an idle, fully synced node!
Builds of this branch on Ubuntu 18.x Bionic are fine, though.
Still need to get to the bottom of why this and recent zcash both no longer build on Debian Jessie, and fail with the same error, as in this gist:
