Switch to Alpine?

Great project, I am wondering if we could trim down the image size a bit by switching to Alpine? Would this be possible?

I believe people have been trying this but I'm not sure of the result. I've not worked with alpine myself so I'm not sure what hurdles it might entail...but as long as the prerequisites can be installed it's entirely possible.

Mycroft-core dev_setup.sh script doesn't support alpine so a different setup mechanism would be needed. (possibly similar to the one in the pip-install branch)
