Describe the bug
Radio skill starts but does not play music. The screen appears with the radio screen and name of the genre

To Reproduce
This occurs inconsistently.

1. "hey mycroft play radio {{genre}}"
2. wait for no sound

Expected behavior
Music starts after telling mycroft to play music.

Log files
The log files didn't appear to have any information that differed from when radio works normally.

You may also include screenshots, however screenshots of log files are often difficult to read and parse.
