Timer can't be cancelled after expiry

Twice using the timer skill Mycroft has had issues
a. hearing me while the beeping is active
b. when the listening border activates he doesn't seem to be able to understand any command

This is not always the case, it's generally a couple of days apart. So to reproduce use the device for several days with using the timer every other day or so. I will see if I can dig out some logs somehow.

I've also had mycroft not respond to stopping the timer when it is over.
