Sound playback at certain positions in string, but how?

Hello! i am trying to archive the following (but all my attempts failed so far) :
i like to apply pygame_gui.TEXT_EFFECT_TYPING_APPEAR effect to my UITextBox. in the moment where some token (like [beep] for instance) inside my text is getting rendered i like to play a sound file. Would be great if anybody can provide me any ideas how I can achieve this!
