build-dsc.sh -- lintian warnings and errors

I really don't know what to make of this, but since I suspect this is not used (tested?) very often, here's a couple things:

1. The first time I ran it, it filled up /tmp, failed, and exited with status 0. Probably not important, but worth pointing out.

2. Some things it found on Debian13/v36.0+fixes.20260616.a833aecd84

Re: obsolete packages. I suppose those could be updated, but we'd need to ensure that all older supported OS versions have the newer package. Easy enough to check, except I have no idea what OS versions MythTV supports. I would guess one could set a floor at "if it's no longer supported by the OS vendor, it's now longer supported by MythTV" -- but that's just a guess on my part.

And of course, it's not broken now(/yet), so there's no real reason to break old OS versions, even if they aren't supported.
