In the VCF mutation mode a reference to the position within gene flanking region is missing #27
Description
The VCF file counts chromosome positions from 1 to chromosome end.
The tool kit counts from upstream gene flanking region start to end site 1 to 3020.
To relate variants from the VCF to the mutation-mode, one of the tables must indicate the relation.
