• Next steps: Project Plan has been baselined. ORR not expected until 2026.

DAACs working on outreach-related activity like we've seen for HLS lately. How are they doing it, how can we do more of it?
Hypothetical: if we may have trouble getting stakeholder feedback in the future, what are the minimum offerings and considerations that we can make sure to include where applicable? E.g., include GIS-ready formats, include visualization options through Worldview, include monthly/weekly averages, etc...?

GMAO - Solution Lead is Steven Pawson until long-term replacement is hired

• Continue to work with Emma and Steven to update TTA to add travel, publications, and additional manpower in PYs 3-5.
• Coordinate new SNWG MO procurement with NSSC SAT to continue (now GSFC sub-awarded to NYU) effort to develop and test the bias-corrected forecast algorithm and user interface
• Action: Cherrelle update GMAO lead to Steven Pawson until further notice.
