Social previews could be better

Context

When sharing VEDA Dashboard links, it would be nice to have a more enticing photo and title. Maybe we could use the cover image (if defined in mdx) or the page title?

Acceptance Criteria

• When sharing links to stories or dataset overview pages on social media, the preview shows the thumbnail image and the page title
• (Maybe?) When sharing links to tools, the preview shows a thumbnail version of the tool

Definition of Done

• Unit tests
• (Where applicable) Automated playwright tests to cover primary use case(s)
• Merged to develop in relevant repo
• (?) Tested in instance context (GHG, earth.gov, template instance, etc)
• Relevant details of work are shared in a team forum (PR, ticket, slack, etc) to support knowledge sharing

This is almost impossible with the legacy structure (the current structure that earth data instance is using), but will be much easier with the new structure (with a framework like next)
