Granular error status reporting for item ingestion #407

Description
When an airflow job errors out on a specific file/item, there is currently no error reporting so it's difficult to trace which files causes the problem. This ticket involves improving the error reporting the build stac and other pipelines to create more granular outputs that can be useful for debugging.
Acceptance Criteria
- Airflow DAG have appropriate granular reporting that is helpful in debugging errors
