Yes let's wait for the next release of titiler-cmr. I am about to merge the telemetry instrumentation changes, will tag a new release sometime this week!

Yes I think we could go ahead with it now - we just released v0.3.0 and deployed it to the SMCE Staging environment on Monday.

For this titiler deployment to work, we needed to update the veda data manager role assumed by the lambda. The same role is assumed by the raster titiler at runtime rather than being used when creating the lambda.
