MOSAIC LSM layer thickness

Hi LIS community,

1. I would like to know about the MOSAIC LSM soil layer thickness. In mos_lsmMod.F90 (https://github.com/NASA-LIS/LISF/blob/master/lis/surfacemodels/land/mosaic/mos_lsmMod.F90) file it is written as

182 LIS_sfmodel_struc(n)%lyrthk(1) = 2.0
183 LIS_sfmodel_struc(n)%lyrthk(2) = 98.0
184 LIS_sfmodel_struc(n)%lyrthk(3) = 200.0

but in the testcases config file (https://github.com/NASA-LIS/LISF/blob/master/lis/testcases/surfacemodels/land/mosaic/lis.config) the depth is given like this-

Mosaic Depth of Layer 1 (m): 0.02
Mosaic Depth of Layer 2 (m): 1.48
Mosaic Depth of Layer 3 (m): 2.00

So I'm getting confused about the second layer. Can you please let me know the layer thickness of the MOSAIC model?

2. Also I would like to know about the subgrid-scale heterogeneity in the NOAH model. For NOAH-MP it uses a Semi-tile approach and Mosaic uses a Tile approach. Like that anything is there in NOAH LSM?
