Problem with "NLDAS2 netcdf" metforcing

Hi,
I am running LIS v7.3 and using NLDAS2 as a metforcing data. I have previously successfully completed the run using GRIB data format. However, when I am trying to run with netcdf format it's failing. I have uploaded log, config and error file for your perusal.

Thank you for posting in the proper location and attaching all of the information.

What version of the code are you using? Did you compile it yourself? Or are you using the AppImage Container?

From your error message, the code is crashing on Line 140 of this routine:
https://github.com/NASA-LIS/LISF/blob/master/lis/core/LIS_metforcing_FTable.c#L140

[Note that depending which version of the code you are using, the line numbers or code may be slightly different.]

This error message indicates that the "Met forcing sources:" you are using in your lis.config is not available in code.

Thus, you need to use a newer version of the code to be able to use the NLDAS-2 netcdf formatted forcing data.

If you answer your questions above, I can help you update your code to be able to use this new feature.

Please update to the latest master branch to be able to use "NLDAS2 netcdf" forcing. It's not available in LIS-7.3 code.

In past runs, I have used the GRIB version of NLDAS-2 data to drive LIS. However, for a few specific years (namely 2008, 2011,2018, and 2019,2021 ), the only available datasets I have are in NetCDF format. Unfortunately, the version of LIS I’m using does not support NetCDF as a forcing input.
I understand that more recent LIS versions include support for NetCDF-formatted forcing. I'm exploring an upgrade path, but also reaching out to see if:
Anyone in the community has GRIB versions of the NLDAS-2 data for these missing years?
There are any recommended workflows for converting NetCDF to GRIB that are compatible with LIS forcing requirements?

I have compiled LIS 7.5.1 and using netcdf format of NLDAS2 data for metforcing. However, my simulation is still failing. I have attached my log file, error file and configuration file for you to look over. I will appreciate some suggestions regarding this. Thank you for being so supportive!
