User Landcover filled in LDT

Hi,
I tried using a land use map created in-house using sentinel2 data at 10 meters resolution with the following nomenclature and transformed to be analog to USGS nomenclature:
in-house class code USGS code USGS classes
built-up 11 1 Urban and Built-Up Land
rainfed crops 21 2 Dryland Cropland and Pasture
irrigated crops 22 3 Irrigated Cropland and Pasture
greenhouses 23 3 Irrigated Cropland and Pasture

water 41 16 Water Bodies
sebkha 42 19 Barren or Sparsely Vegetated
bare soil 51 19 Barren or Sparsely Vegetated

This landcover image was transformed to be in in geographic projection and resampled to 0.01° (1km)
in ldt.config I used the following definitions

Landcover data source: USGS_Native
Landcover classification: USGS_Native
Landcover file: /home/lis2024/data_lis3/LIS_Moroccan_Data/landcover_CRTS_2021/os2021_maroc_resample_usgs1km_geo.tif
Landcover spatial transform: none
Landcover fill option: none
Landcover fill radius: 5
Landcover fill value: 7
Landcover map projection: latlon

I had following errors in ldt.log

Could you help me if the process is correct and wath is the correct configuration.

Thanks for your patience with a reply. Several LIS team members were on leave in July/August, we have lost some staff,
and we had important annual meetings this month.

The "USGS_Native" landcover file is a specific file that is available from NCAR. Please find the link to this data from the
LDT Users' Guide: https://nasa-lis.github.io/LISF/LDT_users_guide/LDT_users_guide.html

You are attempting to have LDT read a geoTIFF file instead, which is why you are getting the error.

You have two options:

1. Re-format your geoTIFF file into the same binary format/resolution/size/etc. as the veg30susgs file from NCAR.
2. Re-write the LDT reader code to read in and process your geoTIFF file instead of the veg30susgs file.
