How do I add a new chapter?

• create a branch
• put your notebook in the branch
• quarto render notebook
• quarto preview notebook
• commit and push to your branch
• create a PR and ask for a reviewer

We should update the "Review a pull request" section to incorporate the deploy previews, including on PRs from outside forks:

A maintainer can type /deploy-preview in a comment in the PR to generate the deploy preview in a PR from a fork (after confirming there is nothing suspicious in the PR - deploy previews from outside forks are disabled by default because it is a potential way for malicious code to run (for example, exposing credentials).
