There are some files in the cookbook that are not in the website navigation. For each, we should do one of:
- Move to a location and linked in
_quarto.yml
- Create a PR to delete it if it's no longer relevant, and create an issue if appropriate (Be sure to use the appropriate labels when you can. E.g.
content: new, content: remove)
- Move to a PR
