Survey - How's it going with the Cloud?

@alexishunzinger and @battistowx have created a survey (editable version) asking How's it going with the Cloud?

Plan from Alexis:

• send out a form to all past Champions and any other folks who have worked with DAACs on cloud use cases to get some details on their desired use for the cloud and why/why not it did/did not work out
• Can show a summary of this in the session and I can put the details into ESIP poster (Chris and I are meeting now to plan it out)
• keep it brief and tie it to the challenges identified last year on my ESIP poster. The goal is to get more statistics about where people struggle, rather than only have testimonials
• Deadline: July 11
