Implement the card-based dropdown iframe embed from mockups #2834

Description

@DarianGill

What

This issue tracks the development work to implement the functionality designed in #2827. The mockups aligned on a revision to the "Imagery Viewer" drop down section that would allow for the inclusion of visualization apps via cards containing buttons that when clicked open an iframe obscuring the map. That iframe would then be dismissed if another card or the close button in the upper right was clicked.

Why

So that the lake drainage application feels like it belongs in the PDG portal and the data interaction model is clearer (than just burying it in a tab at the top).

How

To implement this:

  • Add a new dropdown titled Visualizations to the imagery viewer's view finder section
  • Create a new component or extend the virtual tours cards to include metadata and bigger button(s)
    Image
  • Implement card-clicking interaction that toggles on relevant layers (alaskan high res imagery and historical lake drainage layer)
  • Implement iFrame that opens to obscure map when button is clicked, closes as described above, and opens the whitelisted (and ADC hosted?) streamlit app
  • Update portal xml to include newly needed data for zoom presets
  • Consolidate existing dropdowns in the view finder if possible
