This option is intended for open-source use where AGPL obligations are acceptable, including the requirement to provide corresponding source code when applicable.
If you want to use this project in a commercial setting without AGPL obligations, including keeping your modifications private, you must obtain a separate commercial license from the maintainer.
The AGPL license applies to the software code in this repository.
The "I'm In" name, logo, marks, visual identity, and other branding assets are not licensed under AGPL.
You may not:
- use "I'm In" (or a confusingly similar name) for a fork or deployment without permission
- use the official I'm In logo or visual identity without permission
- imply that a fork is the official I'm In product, or endorsed by I'm In or Lalo
If you fork or deploy this project, you must choose your own name and branding and clearly identify your version as an independent fork.
The AGPL option and the commercial option are separate paths.
If you are not using this project under a separately agreed commercial license, your use is governed by the AGPL.
