Bug: In Grade Record page, the credit checker does not consider exemption of credits #243

Describe the Bug
When user has credits that has been exempted by school, the result of credit checker is incorrect as it doesn't count the exempted credit as done.
當使用者有抵免的課程時，雖然會在該年度的課程成績頁面顯示，但在總覽部分不會出現也不會計入已修習的學分數
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use my account as example, I have exemption for all 8 credits of English, but it doesn't show up in the credit checker or count towards the total credit I have.
如我免修八學分的英文，但這八個英文學分沒有出現在學分總覽頁面裡面，也沒有算入完成的學分數（應該出現在校訂共同必修這項）
Expected Behavior
When user has exempted credits, it should count towards the credit checker.
當使用者有抵免的學分時，應該要計入到已修習學分的數量並出現在對應的學分類型區域
