[Bug]: If there are no tickets, program dies to early

Describe the bug

This is probably just related to having an empty Zammad for testing, but if there are not tickets the progam dies to early due to the empty search result.
Not yet sure if this is related to the new API ( #23 ) or not.

How to recreate the bug?

Does that mean no server response, invalid server response or empty server response (e.g. empty array)? We should be able to add a unit test for this.

Empty response I guess, but I have to do more testing.
