Description of the Bug

• Expected behavior: Expected to be able to navigate back to the DAILP homepage from within an Edited Collection
• Actual behavior: While in an Edited Collection, I could not return to the DAILP homepage without typing the web address back in.
• Context: Occurs in Edited Collections (all user roles)
