Segmentation and measurements file formats

I am starting one issue about this, but probably we want to split up into multiple at some point...

A large fraction of bioimage analysis projects look like this:

• input: image
• output: segmentation with segment feature measurements

Thus, it is critical to know how to save segmentations with segment feature measurements.

I therefore think we should add somewhere the teaching of file formats for segmentations with segment feature measurements.

Personally, I think this should include saving TIFF label mask images and TSV segment feature tables. But maybe also other formats? Which ones?

And where should we put this? Under the File Formats Topic?
