Titles & Creators don't show up properly, Cover missing for generated PDF

Hi @mrchristian! 🌻

Here's my repo.

I have two problems:

First one, my Notebook isn't giving back the values it should for creatorLabel & itemLabel.
Instead of:

Wikidata link: http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q18890791
Title: Self-Portrait against a Blue Sky
Year: 1908
Creator: Edvard Munch

I get:

Title: Q18890791
Year: 1908
Creator: Q41406

I did change the query from the one that was provided, but I had the same issue with that one before, too.

Second problem, my generated PDF comes without a cover image. It's supposed to have one, right? The generated epub does.
