Missing “Tratar” button for special cases #555
Description
In some cases (e.g. extraordinary students, not enrolled in L.EIC or M.EIC, such as enrollment request #297), the “Tratar” (Handle) button does not appear.
In these situations, the button should still be displayed, linking directly to the appropriate Sigarra page:
- M.EIC → (https://sigarra.up.pt/feup/pt/it_adm.adm_t_livre_escolhe_aluno?pv_curso_id=22862)
- L.EIC → (https://sigarra.up.pt/feup/pt/it_adm.adm_t_livre_escolhe_aluno?pv_curso_id=22841)
depending on the requested UCs.
