Show legacy IP space correctly #458

I've been using mostly this URL: https://irrexplorer.nlnog.net/asn/AS397376 as this is my AS. If you note on the list, there are several subnets from 44.x there with some flags on it. Note also that it lists ARIN as the registrar. These blocks are a legacy allocation from ARDC (Amateur Radio), and they are most definitely NOT connected with ARIN. In fact, there are ongoing discussions on how it is not possible presently to get RPKI because they are a legacy block not affiliated with any RIR.
In any case, the assumption that they are an ARIN block is resulting in other incorrect assumptions and errors...I'm not sure how this can be corrected or maybe you have a "Legacy" option for the RIR?
