The system gets loaded with runchecks = true. Some users want to load systems with errors, and so we should be more flexible.
Possilities:
- Add a checkbox that allows the user to disable the checks before loading a system.
- Always disable checks but then detect any errors and report status in the UI (not sure if there is an interface for this in PSY).
