Create suite of diagnostic plots

To aid in troubleshooting data issues we need to create a suite of plots/tables.

• are all species codes that are present in the data pulls also present in lookup table ecodata::species_groupings? #130
• are there any missing SPPVALUEs
• compare landings with stocksmart estimates (See Issue compare comlandr with stocksmart #43 )
• compare landings from a non aggregated pull to aggregated pull to make sure aggregation is behaving as intended
• look at the list of distinct values for all fields of interest. Anything strange?
• compare apex landings to HMS data from Southeast POP (See Issue compare apex landings to hms landings #82 )
• related to comdat indicator. need to see species contributions to the aggregate to determine why changes (future or past) have occured
