This is really an ecodata or SOE_Workflows issue, not a comlandr issue.

It will tie into several of the SOE_Workflows that use this information.

This task will involve data pulls from both comlandr and survdat to identify an exhaustive list of species (common name, sci name, itis, nespp3, svspp etc) by linking to some of the lookup tables we have get_species_itis, get_species
