Include a function that can flag presence of confidential data

comlandr currently only gives a message that data may be confidential. Only the person running the code sees it.

If data are passed to someone else there is currently no way to flag confidentiality.

Ideally we would be able to tell if the outcome of a comlandr pull contains any confidential data, so that we can determine whether it can be posted publicly or not.

The flag for confidential data should be part of the output list so all users can see it whether they pulled it or not.
