incorporate tripid

We need to find a way to incorporate trip id into a comlandr pull and assign it to an EPU.
This is needed to link to cost information at the trip level.

Councils have been asking for psudo profit rather than revenue.

Tasks:

• Reach out to stockeff and see if there is a unique trip identifier. If there is, how is this mapped to CAMS trip id
• Incorporate a comlandr pull to aggregate over trip rather than species
• Ensure the assign_unknowns still functions with this new aggregation of the data since we need to assign an EPU to each trip
• Work out how to incorporate cost data. Either in comlandr (if we can automate cost pull) or join cost data after comlandr pull

Currently StockEff has no way of linking back to CAMS. Efforts are underway to achieve this since 2024 landings can not be shown in Stockeff until this is completed @gdepiper
