1. Can you add a measure of sample size for each data point (e.g., number (or proportion) of non-zero tows or something) to facilitate screening?
2. Are there any measures of uncertainty that are easily generated?
3. I had combined the Small and Large Hakes into a single group in the published, original model, but that wasn't reflected in the file I had originally sent you. Is it easy to group the Hake size classes together? If not I can do that on my end, but it would throw off the values for 1 and 2 above.
4. We'll have to decide which season is more representative for each species group, but for some species, I can imagine that both seasons are representative. Does your group also generate a combined annual index/time-series that uses both seasons? Would that be something easy to implement and share?
5. What projection was used in your calculation of areas?
