remove HYCOM related code #165
Description
HYCOM is being removed as a component of UWM and associated code in CMEPS needs to be removed. This includes the HYCOM-specific exchanges in esmFldsExchange_hafs.F90 as well as coupling_mode == hafs. This leaves hafs.mom6 as the only relevant OCN model coupling for HAFS.
