Tests failed while trying to install NCEPLIBS-ip

Dear all,

While trying to install NCEPLIBS-ip with the Intel compiler:

1. I encountered 2 test failures out of 112 during make test (as shown in the attached log file).
2. I need NCEPLIBS-ip specifically for wgrib2. What should I do based on the suggestion in this comment?

We are using ICC version 2021.9.0.

Hi Sree-- Please try the cmake step with -DFTP_TEST_FILES=ON. We just recently moved the testing data to a separate FTP server to cut down on the GitHub repo size. Note that you can also run ctest -L NO_INPUT_DATA instead of make test, but this will run many fewer tests (only the ones that don't need input/baseline files from the FTP server).
