Mismatch AerosolCoeff_ValidRelease Version

Hi everyone,
I am trying to convert the wrfout file to GRIB2 file by UPP. I installed the necessary libraries by using spack stack on Ubuntu system. When I run the UPP , I got the error of " Unvalid AerosolCoeff release version". The followings are the error messages.
AerosolCoeff_ValidRelease(INFORMATION) : A AerosolCoeff data update is needed. AerosolCoeff release is 3. Valid release is 4.
AerosolCoeff_ReadFile(Binary)(FAILURE) : AerosolCoeff Release check failed.
CRTM_AerosolCoeff_Load(FAILURE) : Error reading AerosolCoeff file AerosolCoeff.bin; Process ID: 0
CRTM_Init(FAILURE) : Error loading AerosolCoeff data from AerosolCoeff.bin; Process ID: 0

As far as i understand, that is related to coefficient files for satellites. I also downloaded from crtm fix file for version 11 from here" https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/UPP/releases/tag/upp_v11.0.0". I think I
downloaded the right file.
Are there anyone who experienced such kind of error? Please, could you kindly give advice on this problem? Which sources should I read or search to solve this porblem? I also attached the itag and upp_out file for your reference. Thank you very much in advance for your time.

After discussing this issue with a UPP code manager, her recommendation was to use CRTM v2.4.0.1.
